WITH LISA BROWN
January 12, 2020/1:30-3:00 PM
Free for Fitness members or $20 drop-in.
What’s left when you get rid of all of that stress you’ve been hiding.
This workshop will explore different types of hip openings and how we store a lot of
physical, mental, and psychological stress in our hips. We will look at the concept of AHIMSA, meaning non-violence. For example, 'do no harm' should apply to ourselves and how we self-language, not just to how we treat others. Hip openers are definitely not easy, but they are worth it. You will leave the class feeling a lot better in your body and perhaps about yourself as well!
This class will have a fair amount of lecture, but will be active and interactive.
Feel free to bring your questions!
