FINDING BALANCE IN IMBALANCE: COMMUNITY, COMPASSION, AND SELF

In the next Alignment Vinyasa class, we will learn some methods to  create balance out of imbalance.  We will increase our sense of community or KULA, with connection breath, and also work on our individual

 

core integrity by putting the body out of balance to increase balance and stamina.  This class is designed to be more of a workshop format, so questions and comments are always welcome. Please join us for

 

this opportunity to increase strength, self-compassion, and sense of community.

  • Bring to class: a water bottle and your yoga mat. Yoga mat and towel rentals available for $2.50 each.

  • Wear lightweight, form-fitting clothes.
