Animal Flow is a ground-based movement, made fun, challenging, and effective. Animal flow is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for all fitness levels. In each class, we will learn several new movements and then combine them all into a continuous flow that will leave you smiling and energized.

PREPARING FOR CLASS

  • Dress accordingly (i.e active wear, shorts, tank tops, etc.). 

  • The classes offered at our studio are for beginners and advanced students alike.

  • Hydrate!

  • We recommend you don't eat two hours prior to your class.

  • New students, please arrive 15 minutes before class begins. 

  • Be respectful. Please be on time! 

  • Be prepared to sweat a lot and have LOTS OF FUN!
