Jamie has been a yoga and fitness instructor for 19 years. She is certified in Yoga, TRX, Kettlebells, Myo-fascial Rolling, Mat and Reformer Pilates, TRX Pilates and Animal Flow. She is passionate about mobility and functional movement and loves teaching people of all ages how to feel good and move well.
