Barre classes mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you'll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. Barre is the best core workout, improves posture, targets muscles and tones in a low impact way.
Bring to class: a water bottle, and a yoga mat. Yoga mat rentals available, $2.50 each.
No Shoes! Located in the Barefoot room.
Wear lightweight, form-fitting clothes.
No personal belongings are allowed in the studio. Please leave car keys, cell phones, etc., in the secured lockers in the changing room.
