BC SHRED incorporates Athletic based interval training that will consist of strength, speed, cardiovascular endurance, and more. All classes are suitable for all levels of fitness and can be modified. Students should come prepared with water and good running shoes. Equipment used in this class will range from treadmills, ski ergs, weight equipment, rowers, and more!
