The Bikram yoga method is a scientifically based series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises that systematically works every muscle, joint, tendon, and ligament in your body. We offer 60, 75, and 90-minute classes to fit your busy schedule. Practicing in a heated room helps soften your cartilage, making your joints more flexible while increasing the flow of oxygenated blood and your body's natural lubricants, as well as flooding your body with endorphins.

Regular practice can help build stamina, flexibility, and strength in your body and mind. 


  • Water, a mat, and towel are required for every class. Bring your own or rent/buy them at the studio.

  • The classes offered at our studio are for beginners and advanced students alike.

  • It's HOT in here, so dress accordingly (i.e active wear, shorts, tank tops, etc.). 

  • Please leave car keys, cell phones, etc., in the secured lockers in the changing room.

  • Hydrate!

  • We recommend you don't eat two hours prior to your class.

  • New students, please arrive 15 minutes before class begins. 

  • Be respectful. Please be on time! 

  • Be prepared to sweat a lot and have LOTS OF FUN!
