Bikram+14 is our new class offered each Tuesday at 9:15 am.

Bikram+14 offers the student an opportunity to build upon their Bikram Yoga foundation. This class consists of one set of 26+2, along with additional postures to help build strength, balance, flexibility, and patience. 


You’ll find this practice challenging, yet playful. 


All Levels Welcome! 

This 90-minute class is offered to students at no additional charge.


  • Water, a mat, and towel are required for every class. Bring your own or rent/buy them at the studio.

  • The classes offered at our studio are for beginners and advanced students alike.

  • It's HOT in here, so dress accordingly (i.e active wear, shorts, tank tops, etc.). 

  • Please leave car keys, cell phones, etc., in the secured lockers in the changing room.

  • Hydrate!

  • We recommend you don't eat two hours prior to your class.

  • New students, please arrive 15 minutes before class begins. 

  • Be respectful. Please be on time! 

  • Be prepared to sweat a lot and have LOTS OF FUN!
