Kindred Floral will host a flower bar for each of our attendees to create their own beautiful bundle to take home, while refreshing mocktails will be served up by Mixhers!
Whitney will teach a 45-minute non-heated class that will introduce the basic movements of a Pilates/Barre fusion workout using low-impact, small movements to strengthen and tone your body.
