Chair Yoga

Designed with adaptive asanas/poses suitable for EVERYONE regardless of age, ability, experience, etc. The use of a chair, as well as other props, allow options for the asanas/poses. The benefits of this style of yoga include deepened flexibility, increased range of motion, movement with breath and increased body awareness. Yoga practice has so much to offer everyone physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually regardless of our limitations and challenges.


PREPARING FOR CLASS Please bring water. Wear lightweight, form-fitting clothes.
