Hot Pilates
Hot Pilates is an upbeat, energetic, 45-minute mat class that sculpts and tones your entire body, strengthens your core, and improves your cardiovascular system. This class include squats, lunges, planks, light handweights, and pilates elements.
PREPARING FOR CLASS
Please bring water, yoga mat, and a towel to cover your mat entirely (also available at the studio for rent or purchase) and a change of clothes for after.
