Tai Chi and Hot Yoga
Strengthen your muscles, balance out your body, and nourish your mind in a major way with this unique combination of Tai Chi and Yoga. Practice the ancient Chinese tradition of Tai Chi in a graceful form of exercise involving a series of movements in a slow, focused, low-impact manner accompanied by deep breathing. Add to that the lengthening and stretching benefits of yoga and top it off with a meditation aspect. All fitness levels are welcome.
PREPARING FOR CLASS
Wear comfortable clothing appropriate for the hot room. Bring your mat and towel and water.
