Brick Canvas Yin Yoga is a relaxing, calming, meditative and slow paced style of yoga that incorporates principals of traditional Chinese medicine with yoga asanas that are held for longer periods of time allowing the practitioner to get deep inside of their body. While Yang yoga styles focus on the strengthening the muscles, Yin yoga targets your deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. No prior experience needed- suitable for every age and everybody. All levels encouraged to attend! This class is practiced in our beautiful heated hot studio room, so please wear proper yoga attire.
