If you like Bikram but crave a little chaturanga challenge in your classes, this will give you the best of both worlds. This is a 60 minute hot yoga practice that combines the traditional 26 & 2 with vinyasa sprinkled over the class to take you on a journey that will wake up the mind and body together with fun music and enough structure to master the class and create strength and flexibility!  Perfect for the yogi on the go!


Fusion class is being taught by Ronda, January 1st, 3:30-4:30pm. 



  • Water, a mat, and towel are required for every class. Bring your own or rent/buy them at the studio.

  • The classes offered at our studio are for beginners and advanced students alike.

  • It's HOT in here, so dress accordingly (i.e active wear, shorts, tank tops, etc.). 

  • Please leave car keys, cell phones, etc., in the secured lockers in the changing room.

  • Hydrate!

  • We recommend you don't eat two hours prior to your class.

  • New students, please arrive 15 minutes before class begins. 

  • Be respectful. Please be on time! 

  • Be prepared to sweat a lot and have LOTS OF FUN!
