HOT PILATES

Hot Pilates is a 45-minute, full-body, low impact, high-intensity workout. Performed on a yoga mat in a heated room, this class helps to strengthen muscles, burn fat, and increase cardiovascular fitness—all without the pounding of a high impact workout. High energy music and moves make this class super fun!

PREPARING FOR CLASS

  • A mat and towel are required for every class in the hot room. Bring your own, buy them at the studio, or rent them for $2.50 each.  

  • Hydrate! Bring plenty of water. 

  • The classes offered at our studio are for beginners and advanced students alike.

  • It's HOT in here, so dress accordingly (i.e active wear, shorts, tank tops, etc.).  

  • Please leave car keys, cell phones, etc., in the secured lockers in the changing room.

  • We recommend you don't eat two hours prior to your class.

  • New students, please arrive 15 minutes before class starts. 

  • Be respectful; please be on time! 

  • Be prepared to sweat and have LOTS OF FUN!
