Hot Pilates is a 45-minute, full body low impact, high intensity workout. Performed on a yoga mat in a heated room this class helps to strengthen muscles, burn fat and increase cardiovascular fitness - all without the pounding of a high impact workout. And it's fun! Designed for all fitness levels.
PREPARING FOR CLASS
Bring ; a water bottle, large towel, and yoga mat. Mat and towel rentals available, $2.50 each.
Please leave car keys, cell phones, etc., in the secured lockers in the changing room.
Avoid eating heavy foods prior to your class.
Be prepared to sweat a lot and have LOTS OF FUN!
