During the New Moon and Full Moon, our emotions are pulled to the surface and feelings are heightened. The more attuned we are to the phases of the moon and how they affect us, the better we can harness those energies, rather fight against them. In this series, Kendra will help you understand and work with the phases of the moon, beginning with a New Moon, which represents a new beginning.
