Get the ultimate cardio conditioning workout. Choreographed kickboxing set to motivational music is followed by core conditioning and flexibility training. Fun and easy-to-follow low-impact moves deliver a rewarding workout for everybody.  

Kickboxing is offered on Friday at 8:30 AM

  • Perfect for beginners, and advanced students alike.

  • Class is offered in the lower level of Brick Canvas. 

  • We recommend activewear, shorts, tank tops, etc.

  • New students, please arrive 15 minutes before class begins. 

  • Be respectful. Please be on time! 

  • Be prepared to have LOTS OF FUN!
