Along with being a Public Health Pro and ACE Certified Instructor, Kara is a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Personal Trainer with a BS degree in Public Health.
As a busy, stay-at-home mom of 5 and an angel baby, Kara found fitness time each day as a form of therapy through life's challenges. Whether it was taking walks, swimming, aerobic classes or weightlifting, she wanted to share her “therapy” with others! Kara loves coaching anyone towards a healthier & happier life through simple lifestyle change

Janene Pack, LPC, CMHC- recently moved to Utah from Virginia where she had a thriving practice working with adolescents, young adults, and parents for the last 13 years with a focus on autism, ADD, emotional disabilities, anxiety, and depression. Janene uses an attachment focus to support clients in building Cognitive Behavioral Therapy skills to better understand themselves and connect with the people around them.
She challenges her clients to gain insight from personal experiences in order to develop proactive life skills. Her particular passion is running processing groups for adolescents and adults, and creating activities to assist group members in sharing inner thoughts and feelings to gain a sense of universality with one another. When she is not running around with her husband and four children, you can find her researching and planning her next travel adventure, or she is curled up reading a good book!
