This summit session offers a relaxed and uplifting environment to connect with the body, mind and soul to better manage the effects of mental fatigue. You will walk away feeling rejuvenated and with greater purpose in your wellness journey!
Facing mental and emotional fatigue on a regular basis is common given the demands of everyday life. Come in your comfy clothes and have a seat to discuss and discover positive movement-based ways to cope in the everyday struggles of life!
In just over an hour, we will connect through music, simple movements, easy personal evaluations, friendly interactions and enlightening ideas.

Along with being a Public Health Pro and ACE Certified Instructor, Kara is a Fitness Nutrition Specialist and Personal Trainer with a BS degree in Public Health.
As a busy, stay-at-home mom of 5 and an angel baby, Kara found fitness time each day as a form of therapy through life's challenges. Whether it was taking walks, swimming, aerobic classes or weightlifting, she wanted to share her “therapy” with others! Kara loves coaching anyone towards a healthier & happier life through simple lifestyle changes!
