WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING TO CLASS:
Dress comfortably and for the weather. Bring a yoga mat and cushion, blanket and/or pillows.
Tanji has had her own mindfulness practice for many years and is passionate about sharing the benefits with others, especially her clients and community! She is a licensed mental health professional trained in and working with stress management, effective communication, trauma, and addiction. She received her mindfulness training through The University of Massachusetts' Medical School for Mind-Body Medicine in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) for adults and teaches mindfulness for stress management and communication for IHC's Live Well Center online and Chateau Recovery in Midway. In addition, she currently works with teachers and administrators of Utah school districts to assist them in bringing SEL mindfulness programs into the classroom.
