MindStrength for Girls

Introductory Class: January 7, 2021

MINDSTRENGTH FOR GIRLS:

MindStrength for Girls is a 12-week strength and confidence-building after school program designed for girls ages 12-18. The program is half-strength training and half mentoring on mindset skills. It will leave the girls with a sense of community and the foundational knowledge of strength training. They will also build new friendships and develop skills and perspectives to help them cultivate self-esteem and confidence throughout their lives.

Thursday, January 7, 7-8 PM

Saratoga Room at Brick Canvas

The purpose of the program is to educate and provide opportunities for teenage girls to develop mindset skills along with strength training. Join us for an introductory night for parents and teens to learn more about the MindStrength for Girls program and meet the instructor. 

12-WEEK SERIES: $125-$150

Thursdays, January 28 - April 29, 2021

Tennis Shoe Room at Brick Canvas

  • ​SESSION 1: $150 (ages 15-18) 2-3:30 PM

  • SESSION 2: $125 (ages 12-14) 3:30-4:30 PM

Each girl will receive a copy of their own 12-week workbook. This workbook will address mindset topics that will be covered in class. Followed by a daily journal to keep a log of their activities and tools.

Meet Sarah

Sarah Chapman is a certified StrongFirst Kettlebell Level 1 instructor as well as a TRX certified trainer. With over 6 years of experience in the weight room at Brick Canvas in Lehi, Utah. She fell in love with kettlebells after discovering their versatility in training the elements of strength, conditioning, and power all with one implement. She is also the author of, "MindStrength for Women" which from personal experience she shared her journey from feeling insecure, judged and not good enough to get the body, relationships and life she wanted because of the confidence she gained as a result.
