Morning Chakra

WITH ANNIE

Chakra describes energy pathways believed to be the doorways to divine consciousness and centers of transformation. When the chakras are open and balanced, the Kundalini is able to rise, which allows transformation, vitality and joy. When the chakras are weak or closed, unhappiness, misery and disease can result.

In this workshop we will explore the chakra system and learn specific tools to balance and unlock access to their incredible power. We'll learn the shadow side to each power center and experience various practices each week to open and clear every chakra.

Instructor Annie Taylor

A Utah native, Annie is the mother of three children and married to her best friend. She loves sunshine, water, baked goods and anything that keeps her body moving.

Annie’s wellness & fitness journey began with a certification in Primary Group Exercise in 2005. She led the student fitness program at Southern Utah University for 8 years then transitioned into corporate fitness and personal training for companies like Adobe and EBay. She has practiced yoga for more than 20 years and found extraordinary healing through energy work, eastern healing modalities and sound therapy after surviving four strokes at just 34 years old. Her life experiences have given her great insight, empathy, clarity on her spiritual gifts and a passion for helping others find wellness, balance and joy from within.
