Join us to celebrate all stages of Motherhood and empowerment through Movement and Mindfulness.

Inspired by her own wellness journey and doula practice, Meagan Thayne, will lead our discussion before turning time over to our own Rebecca McIntosh for a special yoga practice.

Come prepared to learn more about your body and the process of becoming a mother. This will be a safe space to feel and be open. Come as you are and be a part of a welcoming community of mothers.


All mother’s from any stage of motherhood are welcome to attend the event!

Meagan Thayne is mother to a very confident and driven 20 month old girl! She has studied mental health and energy work for over 6 years as the foundation of her passionate support of women, especially in their journey as a mother. While describing her birth experience as transcendent, "it was by far the hardest experience in my life, but the most empowering. I learned so much about myself and my body and got to see the full extent of my personal power". This led Meagan to receive formal training to become a doula. She is proud to have studied under some of the finest midwives in Utah and appreciates the opportunity to educate and support women.
