Heralding a change of season with wildish energy, unavoidable challenge, dispelling of self doubt and renewal, April’s Pink Full Moon is the first of two supermoons in 2021. Cosmically, it’s all coming together. This moon brings with it a playful, spacious energy, perfect for manifesting!
In this workshop we will open up with some gentle yoga stretching, then learn some releasing and self love basics, followed by a guided meditation and some manifestation techniques.

Q: Why is April's full moon called Pink Moon?
A: According to the Farmer's Almanac, April has the first full Moon of spring, commonly referred to as the Pink Moon. It is a name that comes from the herb moss pink, also known as creeping phlox, moss phlox, or mountain phlox, which is native to the eastern USA and one of the earliest widespread flowers of Spring.

Amy is a lover of people, connection and living. She is a mother of nine kids, ages 9-27, and already has three grandchildren. Amy is a 500-hour RYT (registered yoga teacher), a Reiki and energy practitioner, a fascia therapist and has studied CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy). She loves the moon, sun, hiking, cooking, learning and teaching. She currently teaches several fitness classes at Brick Canvas including Bikram Yoga and Fascia Rolling. She also teaches Drama at her local elementary school.
Amy recognizes the importance of understanding and healing all of the “bodies” that make up who we are; including physical, energetic, spiritual and mental. Amy has a passion for helping people connect, balance their energies and learn to love themselves. In the full moon celebration, participants will find just that. Each night will be made up of connection, learning, simple practices for well being of ALL of your bodies, and FUN!
