The Benefits of Hot Classes

Whether you’re a hot class veteran or new to the fitness scene, heated classes can be beneficial for anyone. We offer a variety of heated and non-heated classes, but our hot classes are definitely a Brick Canvas staple, perhaps even a rite of passage!

The Basics:

Hot classes are offered in a heat controlled room usually set between 85-105 degrees fahrenheit. Our hot room at Brick Canvas is not only heat controlled but humidity controlled around 40%, for optimal benefits.

“But doesn’t that make the room smell and feel gross?” you may ask. But the answer is no! We have a state of the art system that actually circulates new, clean air into the room every 30-SECONDS, so no gross, muggy, sweat-filled air.

The Benefits

It’s the combination of heat and humidity that add up to best results. Instead of taking 10-15 minutes of class time to ‘warm up’ your body, the heat and humidity warm up your muscles for you. This makes it easier to begin your class and increase flexibility and movement much faster than non-heated classes.
