      CLASS TIPS

  • Bring a water bottle and a yoga mat. Yoga mat rentals available for $2.50 each.

  • No Shoes! Located in the Barefoot Room. Leave your shoes in the cubbies at the bottom of the stairs.

  • Wear lightweight, form-fitting clothes. 

  • Please, no personal belongings in the studio. Leave car keys, cell phones, etc., in the secured lockers in the changing room.

  • Be prepared to have lots of fun!
