What is PUMP?
A full body workout using barbells and dumbbells to increase lean body mass while decreasing body fat. Space is limited.
Bring to class: a water bottle.
Wear lightweight, form-fitting clothes, and shoes.
No personal belongings are allowed in the studio. Please leave car keys, cell phones, etc., in the secured lockers in the changing room.
Be prepared to sweat a lot and have LOTS OF FUN!
