PREPARING FOR CLASS

  • Dress accordingly (i.e activewear, shorts, tank tops, etc.) and fitness shoes.

  • We recommend you don't eat one hour prior to your class.

  • New students, please arrive 15 minutes before class begins. 

  • Be respectful. Please be on time! 

  • Be prepared to have LOTS OF FUN!
