RESTORATIVE ROLLING
This deep self-myofascial release is for all fitness levels. Releasing and rolling the fascia improves the range of motion, mobility, releases tightness, and pain in the body. Rollers are provided, bring a mat to roll on.
Restorative Rolling is offered on Wednesday at 6:30 AM, Thursday 8:00 PM, and Saturday 7:30 AM.

Bring your own yoga mat or rent/buy one at the studio.

Class is offered in the lower level of Brick Canvas.

We recommend activewear, shorts, tank tops, etc.

New students, please arrive 15 minutes before class begins.
