RESTORATIVE ROLLING

This deep self-myofascial release is for all fitness levels. Releasing and rolling the fascia improves the range of motion, mobility, releases tightness, and pain in the body. Rollers are provided, bring a mat to roll on.

Saturday at 7:00 AM

PREPARING FOR CLASS

  • Bring your own yoga mat or rent/buy one at the studio.

  • Perfect for beginners, and advanced students alike.

  • Class is offered in the lower level of Brick Canvas. 

  • We recommend activewear, shorts, tank tops, etc.

  • New students, please arrive 15 minutes before class begins. 

  • Be respectful. Please be on time! 

  • Be prepared to roll and have LOTS OF FUN!
