Our class structure is simple yet effective, ensuring you get the most out of your workout. We start with ten minutes of intense strengthening moves that focus on sculpting and toning your muscles. These exercises are designed to challenge your core and build overall strength. Next, we transition into five minutes of high-energy cardio to get your heart rate up and burn calories. This segment will boost your metabolism and improve your cardiovascular fitness, helping you achieve a well-rounded workout. We repeat the strength and cardio sequence three times, allowing you to push your limits and reach new levels of fitness. With each round, you'll feel stronger, more energized, and closer to your goals. Finally, we wrap up the class with a cool-down session to stretch and relax your muscles. This helps improve flexibility, prevent injury, and promote a sense of well-being. NO-SHOW FEE IN EFFECT! No-shows will be charged $10. You must cancel your class 2-hours before your class starts.
