Class Description
Zumba is a dance fitness program that involves repetitive choreographed movements set to upbeat salsa and international music. This class is designed to be a fun and high-energy workout experience that will keep you excited to exercise and come back for more. The party-like atmosphere of the class makes it a great way to get moving and have fun at the same time. The class will feature high and low-intensity intervals that will help to improve your cardiovascular fitness. The beginner-accessible choreography will also help to enhance your balance, coordination, agility, and to some degree, strength. No prior dance experience is required to participate in this class. However, it is recommended that you wear comfortable workout clothing and tennis shoes. Get ready to sweat, have fun, and dance your way to better health with Zumba!
