Sound Bath with Kiersten

Heal from within and immerse yourself in the healing power of sound.

A Sound Bath is a deeply relaxing and rejuvenating experience that involves lying down in a comfortable position and listening to the soothing sounds of various instruments, such as singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other percussive instruments. During the session, the high vibrational sounds create a meditative atmosphere that can help ease the mind into a relaxed state and restore the body's natural balance.

To begin a Sound Bath, you will usually lie down on a mat or blanket in a comfortable position, with pillows or bolsters to support your body. You will then close your eyes and remain present, focusing on the sounds and sensations of the instruments as they wash over you.

As the session progresses, you may experience a sense of deep relaxation, as the sounds help to quiet the mind and release tension from the body. Some people may also experience vivid imagery, emotions, or physical sensations as they journey inward during the Sound Bath.

After the session, you may feel refreshed, energized, and more balanced, as the healing vibrations of the instruments continue to resonate within you. Overall, a Sound Bath can be a powerful tool for reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and enhancing overall well-being.
