Learn the basics at Intro to Step! Class will start with a warm-up, followed by beginning choreographed routines on the step and a cool down at the end. All levels welcome! Intro class will be offered September 22, 29 and Oct 6 and then will revert to our regularly scheduled Step class at the same time/place!
A fresh take on a classic. Increase cardio and calorie-burning while adding moves that define and sculpt your core and legs. Step strengthens endurance and improves agility and calorie burning as it works the upper and lower body. This class involves working leg muscles all the way from the calves to the glutes. The environment in Step is so upbeat and fun you won't realize how hard you are working.
Bring a water bottle to class.
Wear lightweight, form-fitting clothes, and shoes.
No personal belongings are allowed in the studio. Please leave car keys, cell phones, etc., in the secured lockers in the changing room.
