YOGA SHRED

Yoga Shred is the perfect blend of classic vinyasa yoga with short, intense bursts of movement called shreds. These shreds are between 20-40 seconds of activity and 10 seconds of rest. Each shred is 8 rounds, for a total of 4 minutes. Yoga Shred blends the movement, flow, strength and flexibility building of vinyasa and adds hiit style cardio bursts for a perfect optimal workout. You’ll strengthen, burn calories and fat, and optimize cardio health all in 45 minutes!

PREPARING FOR CLASS

  • A mat and towel are required for every class in the hot room. Bring your own, buy them at the studio, or rent them for $2.50 each.  

  • Hydrate! Bring plenty of water. 

  • The classes offered at our studio are for beginners and advanced students alike.

  • It's HOT in here, so dress accordingly (i.e active wear, shorts, tank tops, etc.).  

  • Please leave car keys, cell phones, etc., in the secured lockers in the changing room.

  • We recommend you don't eat two hours prior to your class.

  • New students, please arrive 15 minutes before class starts. 

  • Be respectful; please be on time! 

  • Be prepared to sweat and have LOTS OF FUN!
