This high-energy class takes place on a mini trampoline and offers zero-impact cardio that will get your heart pumping. In addition to the cardio benefits, Rebounding also includes strength training intervals that target multiple muscle groups, helping to tone and strengthen your body. With Rebounding, you'll get a full-body workout that targets your core, improves your balance, and most importantly, is loads of fun! So come bounce your way to a healthier you with Rebounding!


Cancellation Policy

NEW Late Cancel & No Show Policy Please note that our NEW Late Cancel & No Show Policy will apply to all fitness classes: You must CANCEL your class at least 6 hours before your class starts to avoid a fee. Classes canceled within 6 hours will be charged a LATE CANCEL fee of $15. A missed class will be charged a NO SHOW fee of $20, this includes late cancellations within one hour. Need help?
