Nurturing Interpersonal Relationships

February is a time to celebrate the relationships that matter most. In this Interpersonal Relationships workshop, you’ll learn practical communication skills, emotional awareness, and simple psychological tools to help reduce reactivity and strengthen connection—without compromising self-respect. Join us on Feb 18, 2026 in the Loft for an Optimal Wellness Workshop dedicated to building healthier, more mindful relationships.

Price: $100 per person / TWO Workshop Classes for $160 (per person). FULL Workshop Series for $325 (per person)

First Friday Sound Bath 

Start your month with intention and deep restoration. Our First Friday Sound Baths are a powerful immersive experience designed to harmonize the mind and body.

What to Bring:
Yoga Mat, Blanket, Pillows. Any additional items for your comfort. We have a limited amount of extra mats and props, please bring your own if you're able.

Equinox Yoga Nidra

As the earth stirs from its winter slumber, join Kiley for a specialized Yoga Nidra experience designed to align your inner rhythm with the Spring Equinox. While Yoga Nidra, the art of "yogic sleep", is traditionally practiced on a mat, we are taking our relaxation to the air.

Spring Loaded Pilates

Time to shed the layers and find your "spring”, transition your body from hibernation to high gear. This isn't just a workout; it’s a total body recalibration. We’re leaning into the literal mechanics of the Reformer, using heavy spring tension to build lean muscle and jumpboard intervals to send your heart rate soaring.

The Experience
 

The Workout: A 50-minute athletic flow focused on power, plyometrics, and "springing" into your strongest self.

Mini Swag Bag: Every attendee walks away with a mini swag bag with BC goodies.

Protein Cart: Post-flow, head over to our curated snack station. We’re serving up protein-packed treats and drinks to aid in muscle building and repair.
