Spin Classes at Brick Canvas

Our spin studio at Brick Canvas is an immersive, high-energy space designed to motivate and elevate your ride. With dynamic lighting, powerful sound, and expert-led classes, every session feels like an experience—not just a workout.

 

We now offer three new formats of spinning classes, along with new time options to fit your schedule and goals: The Vibe Ride, The Canvas Ride, and The Momentum Ride.

The Vibe Ride

The Vibe Ride is Brick Canvas’ signature music-led, rhythm-driven, choreography-forward indoor cycling experience.  Unlike performance cycling or hybrid formats, The Vibe Ride is fully anchored in the beat — riders move with the music rather than against it.  This ride is cardio-intensive but joyful, intuitive, and expressive — ideal for riders who love dance, music, and coordinated movement.

The Canvas Ride

The signature Brick Canvas cycling experience — a structured, athletic ride designed to build strong, confident cyclists through performance-based training supported by rhythm.  Canvas is the foundation of the Brick Canvas cycle program.  It teaches riders how to ride well: with control, strength, breath, and alignment.  Canvas is intentional and athletic.  The Canvas Ride blends: hills, speed work, rhythm-supported movement, and simple, safe functional choreography.

The Momentum Ride

The Momentum Ride is the Brick Canvas signature endurance cycling experience — a grounded, highly intentional ride designed to train the body and mind for sustained power.  Momentum is meditative and resilient.  Momentum is not about peaks and drops. It is about holding, breathing, and staying present.

The Momentum Ride focuses on: long, intentional intervals, consistent resistance and cadence, seated and standing endurance climbs, breath-driven pacing, and gradual builds instead of sprints or surges.  If you are an outdoor cyclist this is the ride for you!

Class packs do not include access to pilates reformers but can be used for open gym drop-ins.

What is Spinning?

Spinning is a high-energy, low-impact indoor cycling workout designed to build strength, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. Guided by an instructor, you’ll ride through intervals of climbs, sprints, and recovery—set to motivating music that keeps you moving and engaged.

Is spinning included with my fitness membership?

Yes! All spinning classes are included with your fitness membership. Your membership also gives you access to all group fitness classes.

What do I wear to a spin class?

Wear comfortable, breathable workout clothing that allows you to move freely. Athletic shoes are recommended (cycling shoes if you have them), and don’t forget a water bottle and a towel—you’ll definitely work up a sweat.

How do I book a spin class?

Booking is easy—reserve your spot directly through the Brick Canvas App. We recommend booking in advance, as classes can fill up quickly.
