You will develop cardiovascular fitness, endurance, & strength climbing hills, racing flats and having fun. Riders of all abilities can work out together but individually. Choose your speed, resistance level & terrain to train safely.
You will be charged a $10 fee for no-show reservations. Please call at least two hours before class to unreserve your bike if you are not able to keep the reservation.
Bring to class: a water bottle
Wear lightweight, form-fitting clothes. Wear shoes or bike clip-ins.
