Memberships will be automatically renewed monthly. Memberships are non-transferrable. Written requests are required for all changes to memberships, including cancellation, membership holds, or changing the date of charge. Monthly AutoPay Membership is eligible for cancellation following a 3-month minimum and written notice within 15 days of the auto-renewal date. Cancellation requests received less than 15 days prior to autopay will be charged one more month.
