Deep, gentle heat that restores from the inside out.
Temperature: 120–194°F
Duration: Up to 20 minutes per session
Frequency: 3–4 times per week
Harvia VIRTA 1.5, our electric sauna heater with rocks, maintains a steady 167–194°F for authentic heat therapy. Step into the dry, penetrating warmth as your core temperature rises—encouraging cleansing sweat, easing sore muscles, improving circulation, and calming the mind for full-body recovery and renewal.

Sit comfortably, close your eyes, and feel the warmth around you.
Steady Breathing
Inhale slowly through your nose, exhale softly through your nose—each breath light and quiet like a whisper.
Calming the Body
If the heat feels strong, sip the air gently through pursed lips, exhale through the nose, and imagine coolness entering, warmth releasing.
Building Presence
For deeper calm, lengthen your breath: inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6–8. Soften into the moment with each cycle.
Closing
When ready, let your breath return to its natural rhythm and rest in the calm between inhale and exhale.-

Cold Plunge
Awaken your body and mind in an instant.
Temperature: 40–55°F
Duration: 2–5 minutes per session
Frequency: 3 times per week

Step in slowly, ground yourself, and feel the water around you.
Calming the Body
If tension rises, invite release—take two gentle inhales through the nose, followed by one long, smooth exhale through the mouth.
Steady Breathing
Inhale softly for 3–4 counts, exhale for 6–8 counts. Let each exhale lengthen, signaling calm to your body. Add a quiet hum if it feels natural.
Building Presence
Stay with your breath. Let the cold sharpen focus and awaken your senses.

Centering (2–3 min)

Sit comfortably.

Cold Plunge (2–3 min beginners, up to 4 min advanced)

Breath cue: Slow, steady exhales. Gentle humming is welcomed.

Cue: “Keep your shoulders soft—no gripping. Notice your heartbeat slowing.”
Rinse, Rest & Recover (3–5 min)

Move slowly. Reintroduce heat with light bodyweight movements (squats, push-ups, horse stance, or full arm raises with inhalation).

Duration: 2x longer than your plunge, or transition into the sauna.

Wrap in a towel or robe. Hydrate.

Late Cancel & No Show Policy
Please note our Late Cancel & No Show Policy—these apply to all Recovery sessions:

You must CANCEL your recovery session at least 1 hours before your session to avoid a fee.

Session canceled within 1 hour will be charged a LATE CANCEL fee of $15.
-
A missed session will be charged a NO SHOW fee of $20, this includes late cancellations within one hour.

The Recovery studio is located inside Brick Canvas, on the lower level.
Book a session on our app after purchasing a drop-in or class pack. Upon arrival, check in at the front desk, and head to the Recovery studio where you will again check-in and receive instructions.
