What is Reformer Pilates?
Reformer Pilates is an exercise method that combines traditional Pilates with the use of a specialized piece of equipment called a "reformer".
How does it work?
The reformer has a sliding carriage, springs, ropes, and straps. Various exercises can be performed while lying, sitting, or standing on the carriage, which moves back and forth along the frame. The resistance provided by the springs helps to engage and challenge the muscles throughout the movements.

What should I wear?
Opt for flexible and breathable attire that allows you to move freely! Pilates is usually done barefoot or with grip socks, so no special shoes are required.
