Bungee Fitness is a low-impact cardio and resistance workout that uses buoyancy to support movement, making it fun, safe, and accessible for most ages, sizes, and abilities. It builds strength, improves coordination, and is a blast! (Ages 15+, up to 270 lbs.) Wear snug clothing, long tops, and tennis shoes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early for setup.

Ready to go deeper in your yoga journey? Try Hot 84—a fast-paced, 90-minute advanced practice rooted in the traditional Ghosh lineage of India. Familiar to those with experience in Hot 26/2 or Integrated Hatha, this class includes demonstrations, drills, and instructor adjustments to refine your skills. Come hydrated and prepared to sweat!

This 45 minute class is a fusion of core strengthening movements and core-based cardio bursts. This format takes place primarily on the mat, utilizing equipment such as a loop band, a Pilates ball, and dumbbells.

Adaptive poses for all ages, abilities, and experience levels. Props like chairs support flexibility, range of motion, breath-led movement, and body awareness. This inclusive practice offers physical, mental, and emotional benefits for everyone.

Brick Canvas Yin Yoga is a calming, meditative practice that blends yoga with principles of traditional Chinese medicine. Poses are held longer to target deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, and joints—unlike more active styles that focus on muscles. Suitable for all levels and every body.

This self-myofascial release class is for all fitness levels. Rolling the fascia improves mobility and relieves pain and tension. Bring a mat and water; rollers provided.
