6 Week Summer Sessions

Join us for a luxury-inspired summer training experience designed to help dancers build long, lean strength, flexibility, control, and confidence through the power of reformer Pilates. This specialized program focuses on core stability, posture, balance, mobility, and injury prevention while enhancing technique, extension, and overall performance. Perfect for dancers looking to feel stronger, more graceful, and more connected to their bodies both on and off the stage.

(Age 12-18)

Reformer for Athletes

6 Week Summer Sessions

Our performance-focused Pilates training program is designed to help athletes build strength, mobility, stability, and body control to elevate performance in any sport. Through dynamic cross training, participants will improve core power, flexibility, balance, coordination, endurance, and recovery while reducing risk of injury. This program develops stronger movement patterns, better athletic efficiency, and a more resilient body to support peak performance both in training and competition.

(Age 12+ and Adults)

Reformer Pilates for Golfers

Summer Classes

June 12 - August 8

Classes are part of specialized Pilates training designed to improve strength, mobility, balance, rotation, and control for both youth and adult golfers. Using the reformer, participants will build core stability, increase flexibility, enhance posture, and develop the power and body awareness needed for a more efficient swing and better overall performance. Classes also focus on injury prevention, recovery, and creating a stronger, more balanced body both on and off the course.

Ages 12+ and Adults

Purchase a Reformer class pack and attend as many classes as you’d like.

A confidence-building summer program for teen girls that blends reformer training with empowerment. Build strength, flexibility, and core stability while developing self-worth, inner confidence, and a strong, positive mindset—all in a supportive, uplifting environment.
