This innovative class combines the power of TRX suspension training with kettlebells to deliver an intense workout that targets every muscle group in your body. Our TRX Kettlebell program is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance, while allowing you to adjust to your personal fitness level, from beginner to advanced. On Mondays and Thursdays, we focus on lower body training, while on Tuesdays and Fridays, we focus on upper body training. This allows you to target specific areas of your body and get the most out of your workout. Our classes are taught on the lower level and are suitable for all fitness levels. So whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned pro, come join us and experience the power of TRX Kettlebell!

Cancellation Policy

NEW Late Cancel & No Show Policy Please note that our NEW Late Cancel & No Show Policy will apply to all fitness classes: You must CANCEL your class at least 6 hours before your class starts to avoid a fee. Classes canceled within 6 hours will be charged a LATE CANCEL fee of $15. A missed class will be charged a NO SHOW fee of $20, this includes late cancellations within one hour. Need help?
