Our TRX Kettlebell program is designed to help you build strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance, while allowing you to adjust to your personal fitness level, from beginner to advanced. On Mondays and Thursdays, we focus on lower body training, while on Tuesdays and Fridays, we focus on upper body training. This allows you to target specific areas of your body and get the most out of your workout. Our classes are taught on the lower level and are suitable for all fitness levels. So whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned pro, come join us and experience the power of TRX Kettlebell!

Cancellation Policy

NO-SHOW FEE IN EFFECT! No-shows will be charged $10. You must cancel your class 2-hours before your class starts.
