Class Description

Our heated and non-Vinyasa class is a dynamic and invigorating yoga practice that is practiced in a comfortably heated room. This class synchronizes the breath with a flowing sequence of poses to increase flexibility, build strength, and improve overall health. All levels are welcome to join this challenging workout that promotes mental focus, reduces stress, and promotes a sense of calm and well-being. The room is heated to a comfortable temperature, which helps to increase flexibility, promote detoxification, and enhance cardiovascular health. In this class, you will flow through a series of postures, synchronized with the breath, that will build strength, stamina, and balance. The heated environment can also help to improve mental focus, reduce stress, and promote a sense of calm and well-being. This class is open to all levels of practitioners, although some yoga experience is recommended. Non-Heated Vinyasa: Our Non-Heated Vinyasa class is a gentler version of our heated class, but no less effective. In this class, you will flow through a series of poses, synchronized with the breath, that will help to increase flexibility, build strength, and improve balance. The non-heated environment allows for a more meditative and introspective practice, while still providing a challenging workout. This class is open to all levels of practitioners, including beginners, and modifications will be offered to accommodate different levels of experience and ability. Both classes offer a safe and supportive environment for students to explore their practice and improve their overall health and well-being. Our experienced and certified instructors will guide you through the practice, providing modifications and adjustments as needed to ensure that you are practicing safely and effectively. Whether you choose our Heated or Non-Heated Vinyasa class, you can expect to leave feeling rejuvenated, refreshed, and renewed.


Cancellation Policy

NEW Late Cancel & No Show Policy Please note that our NEW Late Cancel & No Show Policy will apply to all fitness classes: You must CANCEL your class at least 6 hours before your class starts to avoid a fee. Classes canceled within 6 hours will be charged a LATE CANCEL fee of $15. A missed class will be charged a NO SHOW fee of $20, this includes late cancellations within one hour. Need help?
