A profoundly unique alchemy of crystal bowl and drum percussion with various instruments are part of the sound healing. You won’t be able to find this level of alchemy anywhere else. What Shelley and Tim bring to your body, mind, emotions, heart, spirit and soul cannot be expressed in words. They use vibrational frequencies, intuition and presence to deliver deep cellular reprogramming, removing wobbles and debris of energy that no longer serve you. Shelley Mehr

Shelley is a level 2 certified Wim Hof Instructor, receiving her certification in 2018.  For over a decade her focus has been on bodywork devoted to human optimization and guiding others on how to listen to their body. Native to Utah, she loves anything and everything relating to nature. She has successfully guided people of all types into the depths of their internal world and depths of the cold waters of an ice bath or nature river/lake. She loves empowering people, sharing inspiration, exploring nature and using this method for the simple to deeply transformative experiences that come from it.

Tim Butler

Tim has a passion for consciousness and healthy living and has been practicing music for over 25 years. He has studied various genres, including classical piano (his first love), bluegrass, jazz, alternative rock, and several areas of western percussion. Most recently he's delved deeper into Central & West African (Congo & Ivory Coast regions) as well as Middle-Eastern & Indian musical studies. His extensive experience playing live accompaniment for several Utah performance dance companies has fine-tuned his ability to create improvisational music for group settings. This unique musical focus, combined with the Wim Hof Method, result in a deeper emotional & vibrational healing experience for participants during the breathwork sessions.
