Join us Saturday mornings for

fitness summer Bootcamp classes.

Brick Canvas Summer Bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels and provides dynamic, full-body, efficient workouts in a team atmosphere.  We will utilize a wide range of exercises with little or no equipment, which makes the workouts perfect for any location. With efficient use of time and incorporating core, cardiovascular, strength, and conditioning training, Summer Bootcamp is a holistic and fun approach to fitness.

Saturday, June 5 | 7:30 - 8:45 AM | $35

Join us to Kick-Off our Brick Canvas Summer Bootcamp! We are excited to immerse in the summer season with Bootcamp style workouts throughout the beautiful Brick Canvas gardens. Meet our Bootcamp instructors and participate in our first Bootcamp class.


Participants will receive a Bootcamp branded tank, Hydro Flask and Brick Canvas juice.

7:30 - 8:45 AM

  • 10 minute warm-up

  • 40 minute circuit-style exercises

  • 5 minute cool down

  • 20-30 minute outdoor yoga session

SUMMER BOOTCAMP CLASSES | Free with Fitness Membership

Summer BootCamp at Brick Canvas will feature different instructors each week and utilize our beautiful outdoor gardens to kick off your Saturday mornings! The program will feature bodyweight and equipment based circuit workouts, mixed with short bouts of cardio in between. All fitness levels welcome!
