fitness summer Bootcamp classes.

Brick Canvas Summer Bootcamp is designed for all fitness levels and provides dynamic, full-body, efficient workouts in a team atmosphere.  We will utilize a wide range of exercises with little or no equipment, which makes the workouts perfect for any location. With efficient use of time and incorporating core, cardiovascular, strength, and conditioning training, Summer Bootcamp is a holistic and fun approach to fitness.

SUMMER BOOTCAMP CLASSES | Free for Fitness Membership & Freeplay 

Summer Bootcamp at Brick Canvas will feature different instructors each week and utilize our beautiful outdoor gardens to kick off your Saturday mornings! The program will feature bodyweight and equipment based circuit workouts, mixed with short bouts of cardio in between. All fitness levels welcome!
