Hope for Depression

This time of year it can feel like winter will last forever and the skies will never be blue. Come learn some simple skills to help combat feelings of depression and being disengaged with your own life. Even though depression, feeling hopeless, and even experiencing passive suicidal ideation sounds scary to talk about, it can be an incredibly helpful thing to discuss. There is hope! There are small things we can do to bring ourselves back to life and no better time than right now as spring is on its way.
