Hot 26&2 is a 60 & 90 minute Yoga Series, is a therapeutic yoga class held in the vibrant and beautiful hot studio room at Brick Canvas. The class consists of the core 26 therapeutic yoga postures and 2 foundational breathing exercises, performed in a specific therapeutic sequence. This beginning hot yoga class is safe but not easy, making it accessible and suitable for ages (12yr+) and all fitness levels. The heated room provides greater circulation throughout the body, while the humidity encourages invigorating detoxification. Get ready to sweat, work hard and have fun! Although this class is extremely challenging, it is also extremely rewarding and perfect for all body type or skill level. Each muscle, bone, joint, ligament and tendon will be worked and stretched in the class, while every internal organ is detoxed. Through this therapeutic yoga practice, you will build a deep mind, body, and heart connection and connect deeply to yourself. Please make sure to come well-hydrated, and bring water, a yoga mat, and a towel to cover your mat entirely (available for rent or purchase at the studio).
