Q. How much do Reformer Pilates classes cost?

A. We offer both drop-in rates and class packs for Pilates reformers, ensuring that everyone can give them a try. Additionally, our members enjoy special discounted rates!

Q. What is the age requirement for attending classes in the hot room?

A. FITNESS AGE POLICY
Ages 12-14: Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Ages 15 and older: Can attend fitness classes independently.

Q. What is the process for canceling my membership?

A. To cancel your membership, please send an email to members@brickcanvas.com at least 2 weeks before the next scheduled payment.

Q. What is the duration of an autopay fitness membership contract?

A. The initial contract period is 3 months, but it continues on an ongoing basis until you request cancellation via email.

Q. Are Aerial silk and bungee classes included in memberships?

A. Yes, these classes are included with your fitness membership.

Q. What is the drop-in fee for the gym, and do you offer special membership pricing?

A. The Open Gym single drop-in rate is $20 per day. Additionally, we offer a membership add-on option for access at $30 per month.

Q. Can I share Fitness & Reformer Pilates Class Packs, and what is their expiration date?

A. Yes, you can share Fitness Class Packs & Pilates Passes. These class packs expire 6 months from the first day of use.

Q. Will I incur charges if I miss a class or forget to cancel?

A. Yes, there is a Late Cancel & No-Show fee in effect, which will be automatically charged to the card on file. Please review our policy.

Q. Is there a Lost & Found?

A. Yes! You can find lost items in the fitness lobby, in the cabinets under the ice machine. If you have lost something and can't locate it, please inform a Guest Specialist so we can assist in locating your item!

Spa & Salon Cancellation Policy

We understand that life can be unpredictable. To respect both our guests' time and our service providers, we kindly ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. For your convenience, a reminder will be sent 24 hours before your scheduled time.

To secure your booking, we require a credit card on file. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of 50% of the service cost. For no-shows without notice, the full price of the service will be charged.

Spa Alternative Serice Providers

Occasionally, your preferred service provider may be unavailable. We take great pride in working together as a team. If the person you requested is unavailable, we will make every effort to accommodate your appointment with another service provider.

Spa Customer Satisfaction

It is our goal to provide you with the best service and experience possible. If you are dissatisfied, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment so we may respond to your concerns.

Spa Age Policy

  • Age 15: Must have a parent in the room.

  • Ages 16-17: Will be assigned same-sex therapists.

  • Age 18 and above: May choose therapist preference.

Wellness Cancelation Policy

We understand that emergencies and unanticipated events happen. In an effort to be sensitive to our guests and service providers, we kindly request 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.  As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  It is our policy to request a credit card number at the time of booking. If a cancellation is not given 24 hours in advance, there will be a charge of 50% of the service cost. If you do not give notice and no-show your appointment, the full price of the service will be charged.

Fitness Late Cancel & No Show Policy

Please note our Late Cancel & No Show Policy—these apply to all fitness classes:

  • You must CANCEL your class at least 6 hours before your class starts to avoid a fee. 

  • Classes canceled within 6 hours will be charged a LATE CANCEL fee of $15.

  •  A missed class will be charged a NO SHOW fee of $20, this includes late cancellations within one hour.

Fitneess Age Policy

  • Ages 12-14: Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Ages 15 and up: Can attend fitness classes alone.

Open Gym Age Policy

  • Ages 15–16: Must have an adult present during their visit to our open gym.

  • Ages 17 and above: May attend our open gym independently.


These guidelines are in place to ensure the safety and supervision of all participants. For questions or assistance, please contact our staff. We look forward to seeing you at the open gym!

    • One basic 60-minute spa treatment (massage or facial) every month for $90

    • Appointment enhancements are available at an additional cost

    • Members may upgrade to a higher priced treatment by paying the difference in price

    • To add 30 minutes to a 60- or 90-minute service is an additional $35

    • Additional visits are available at the same membership price, which is to be paid at check out

    • Receive 10% off on all Brick Canvas Spa products

    • Membership freezes are available for up to 3 months at a time

    POLICIES AND INFORMATION

    This membership is based on an auto-pay commitment to be renewed each month for a 24-month time period.

     

    Your payments will be auto-withdrawn on the 1st of each month. After the initial required commitment of 3 months, this membership can be cancelled at any time with written notice to our Guest Specialists.

     

    Membership freezes are available for up to 3 months at a time and will automatically unfreeze at the end date (selected when the freeze is initialized). While your membership is frozen, you will not benefit from the membership discounts.

     

    Prepaid membership services will expire after six months during the course of an active membership.

     

    Cancelling the membership will result in a 12-week expiration for any prepaid services that remain on the account. Prepaid member services are eligible for transfer for a fee of $15.00.

    APPOINTMENTS
    Appointments are to be scheduled at your convenience with our Guest Specialists. To ensure availability, we suggest scheduling appointments in advance. We make every effort to accommodate last minute appointments when possible.

     

    CANCELATION POLICY

    Reschedules and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will result in a fee of 100% of the service scheduled and will be considered a lost service. Cancellations within this time period will result in a forfeit of the membership package for that month.

     

    CREDIT/DEBIT AUTHORIZATION

    By signing, you are enrolling in and agreeing to the Brick Canvas membership policies. You are also authorizing Brick Canvas Spa to charge your credit/debit card on file for $80 per month, for a minimum commitment of 3 months.

     

    This membership is valid for 24 months and will remain in effect for that time period until Brick Canvas receives written notice to cancel this membership, affording Brick Canvas Spa with reasonable opportunity to act on it.

     

    Brick Canvas Spa membership policies are subject to change. In the event of policy changes, you will be notified at least 10 days prior to the date the changes go into effect.

    Spa Membership Includes:

  • AutoPay Membership Contract:

    1. Autopay memberships are non-transferrable and require a credit card on file for automatic monthly renewal. 

    2. Written requests are required for membership cancellations, holds, or changing the autopay date to members@brickcanvas.com.

    3. Monthly AutoPay Memberships are eligible for cancellation following a 3-month minimum and written notice within 15 days of the auto-renewal date. Cancellation requests received less than 15 days prior to autopay will be charged one more month.  Memberships can be paused for up to 3 months, once per year.

    4. The Late Cancel & No Show Policy applies to all fitness classes:

    5. Classes, equipment or services may be added, canceled, changed or modified at the discretion of Brick Canvas without notice. 

     

    6. Membership excludes the use of classroom equipment outside of scheduled classes. 

     

    7. Specialty fitness events are excluded and require payment upon sign-up. 

     

    MEMBERS HAVE A RIGHT TO RESCIND THEIR AGREEMENT PER Utah Code 13-23-4 BEFORE MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY FOLLOWING SIGNING DATE OF THE AGREEMENT.

  • This release is given by the undersigned in consideration for being allowed to participate in fitness and all related programs sponsored by Brick Canvas being held upon the premises owned by, leased to, or managed by Brick Canvas at Thanksgiving Point and/or Brick Canvas Fitness  (the "Premises")

     

    1. I am over the age of 18 years and do not suffer from any legal disability. No other person's consent is required for this Release to be binding upon me.

     

    1. I will strictly comply with all rules and regulations concerning my use of or presence upon the Premises, which are communicated to me in any form, including but not limited to posted notices.

     

    1. I recognize that my participation in yoga/fitness and related programs will or may require physical exertions, which may be strenuous and may cause physical harm or injury. Before participating in such programs, I shall consult with my own health care provider(s) and determine that I'm physically fit and healthy enough to participate in such programs without limitation.

     

    1. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with participation in yoga/fitness and related programs. I knowingly accept those risks and hazards. I have no medical conditions, which would reasonably prevent me from participation in such programs.

     

    1. I am aware that allergies, diabetes, heart conditions, circulatory problems, and other health conditions may be exacerbated by certain spa treatments and/or products, including massage. I am fully aware of the risks and hazards associated with massage and other services offered by the Company, and I knowingly accept those risks and hazards. I have no medical conditions that would reasonably prevent me from receiving any services, including various massage therapies, some of which may be vigorous and/or include significant pressure or weight being applied to my body. I have informed the Brick Canvas Company of any health problems or conditions that affect me. I am aware that pregnancy is a condition that should be disclosed, as pregnant guests require special care. If I am pregnant or suspect I could be pregnant, I have advised the Company. Before receiving services offered by the Company, I shall consult with my own health care provider(s) and determine that I am physically fit and healthy enough to participate in such services or programs, without limitation.

     

    1. I will be solely responsible for my own safety and security and for the safety and security of my physical property, including vehicles, while I am present on the Premises. I will take all precautions reasonably necessary to protect others and myself from injury or harm while I am on the Premises for any reason.

     

    1. I acknowledge and agree that Thanksgiving Point Institute, Inc., Brick Canvas at Thanksgiving Point, and MiMi Unlimited, LLC, Brick Canvas Fitness, ADD SPA? along with their owners, employees, agents, and representatives, do not sponsor Brick Canvas your/fitness or related programs, services, or products and have no liability or responsibility to me of any form or kind arising from participating in yoga, related fitness programs, any services, or products I receive from the Company.

     

    1. I hereby irrevocably and absolutely waive and release any and all claims of any form or kind that I have or may have against or with regard to, and covenant not to sue: (a) the Company, (b) Brick Canvas at Thanksgiving Point, (c) MiMi Unlimited, LLC, and, (d) Brick Canvas Fitness, (e)  ADD  BRICK CANVAS SPA AND SALON? all owners, officers, employees, agents, and representatives of the foregoing, relating or pertaining in any way to my use of or presence upon the Premises, or my participation in Brick Canvas programs, without limitation, including but not limited to claims for personal injury or property damage, and all other claims for damages of any kind, whether incidental, consequential, special, compensatory, remote, punitive, exemplary, liquidated, or unliquidated, including expenses.

     

    1. I agree that any and all fees and/or charges paid by me for participation in memberships, programs, services, and products offered by Brick Canvas shall be non-refundable, except at the discretion of the Companies. However, in the event of any dispute between me and the Companies, I agree that the maximum amount of damages to which I might be entitled shall be the amount which I have paid for the services then in dispute or which were paid in conjunction with the services which were rendered, or which were to be rendered, to me at the time that an alleged injury or breach occurs, as applicable.

     

    1. Fair consideration has been given to and received by me for execution of this Release. This Release shall be binding upon myself and my heirs, beneficiaries, administrators, executors, personal representatives, successors, and assigns. I have not relied upon any promises or representation not contained in this Release. I agree that no other agreements, oral or written, shall be enforceable with regard to the subject matter of this Release. This Release, without re-execution, shall be binding upon me each time I visit the Premises, and a separate release shall not be required each time I visit the Premises in order to be binding upon me.

     

    1. The Release is given in Lehi, Utah and shall be construed according to Utah law. If any term or provision of this Release is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall be construed, applied, and enforced without regard to the invalid unenforceable portion.

     

    1. Privacy: I understand that, under the Health Insurance Portability & Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), I have certain rights to privacy regarding my protected health information at Brick Canvas. I understand that this information can and will be used to conduct, plan, and direct my experience.

     

    1. I understand Brick Canvas has a Notice of Privacy Practices that contains a more complete description of how the health information that I provided on the Waiver and Release Agreement will be used and disclosed. I have been given the right to review the Brick Canvas Notice of Privacy Practices prior to signing this consent. I understand that I may revoke this consent in writing at any time, except to the extent that Brick Canvas has taken action relying on this consent.

     

    I have read, understand, and agree to each of the foregoing terms.
